All
final decisions for W.C.C i.e. schedule, selection of team members,
practice sessions and season expenses will be made by Bhupen Patel and
Pravin Kulkarni after consulting team members.

Any
issues related to the Tri State league will be coordinated by the
Captain and Vice Captain of the W.C.C with the League committee.

If
some one needs to become a member of W.C.C, he should directly talk to
Bhupen Patel (321-9172).

If
anyone has fight/arguments during the season, Captain, Vice Captain and
Team will discuss on the issue and make a decision. He may be suspended
for few games or the season depending on the severity of the issue.

Ground
availability and maintenance will be coordinated by I C Patel with the
Coleman Middle School.

Team
will have practice two times a week. Practice will be coordinated by
Nishad Prabhu and Shreyas Krishna.

Team
for each weekend game will be selected either on Thursday or Friday
based on the game schedule.

Team
for the playing eleven will be selected from the group of people who
regularly attend the practice.

Team
finances for season 2004 will be handled by Subhrangshu Datta. He will
send out expense report to all the team members 1st of every
month beginning next month.

Membership
fees for 2004 season are as follows:

150.00 for working people.

75.00 maximum for students.
($ 50 up front and $ 5 per match for playing team member.)

Membership
fee is non-refundable under any circumstances.

Team
members should get their own Kit for practices and games.
