I'm excited about the blue tooth capabilities and finally the ability to mp3 source my ring tones. It's obvious that the prevalence of retail ring tones has lead to a sharp decline in the quality of the included tones. I did stumble onto a neat utility that will edit and send mp3s to your phone. It's free and works with Verizon's inherent crapulence. Yes, my 2.5 is half of a Lambo V10, decontented and toned down to be moderately fuel efficient and cheap enough to be the base engine in the Golf/Rabbit and Jetta. I figured that there would be a software bump for 25-50 hp in the middle of the engine life cycle, and that ultimately they would turbo-ize it. The current 2.0T is a turbo version of the MKIV 2.slow base engine. it gained 90 hp.
