  • What is it?

    Our own dance workshop weekend at Case happens February 5-7 next semester! We have two sets of internationaly known instructors along with the best swing band on the east coast (in our opinion, at least). It's three days of fun-filled lessons and dances, and you'll be surprised how much your swing improves! People come in from hundreds of miles around for this event!

Hooverville Stomp at Oberlin College

  • November 13-15
  • 9:00 - 12:00am HALLOWEEN DANCE with Blue Lunch! Cost is a (cheap!) $8 with student I.D.

    The Hooverville Stomp will be a weekend-long workshop featuring two tracks of instruction and nightly dances and late-nights. Individuals who attend our event may expect eight hours of workshop-style instruction per track, 14 hours of social dancing, availability of private lessons during off-hours and a Saturday performance by Phil Ogilvie's Rhythm Kings of Ann Arbor, MI.

  • SUPER FAMOUS Instructors: Adam Boehmer, Erin Morris, Mike Faltesek, and Ramona Staffeld

  • Price: We're getting in at the Oberlin student discount price of $30 with a $5 discount if you come in pairs! (girl + guy.. to keep distribution even)

Pittstop

  • On Nov. 20-22, it's Pittstop!

  • This is a giant exchange weekend in Pittsburgh where people come from all over to dance for three days! It's an amazing amount of fun, so consider registering soon if you want to go! Rides to Pittsburgh can be provided, just reply to this email!
