Welcome to 2008 Case Western Reserve University High School LEGO Robotics Competition. We hope you enjoy all aspects of this learning experience, from team building to engineering problem solving We seek to provide you with a challenging competition and the resources to meet the challenge.
As the technological world advances at gallop, Case Western Reserve University pushes the frontiers -- and we want you to join us. This year’s competition is modeled after the 2007 DARPA Urban Challenge in which Case Western Reserve University competed (urbanchallenge.case.edu) which represents the leading edge in today’s autonomous vehicle technology. This year’s competion will also feature the new Lego Mindstorms NXT kits! In addition, you will learn how to program with LabVIEW graphical programming language from National Instruments (thanks to licenses that they have made available to the competition.) You will also experience integrating bluetooth communications capabilities.
We hope to make this competition interesting and fun for all the participants. We want to make as many resources available to you as possible.
