Program Overview:

What is CWRU International Students Mentor Program?

International Students Mentor Program is an exciting way for building friendship, getting involved on campus and expanding cross-cultural understanding. Sponsored by CWRU International Club, Mentor Program matches new international students with a mentor who will assist the mentee to adjust to CWRU campus, Cleveland and American culture.

Who is eligible to participate in this program?

All international students are eligible to participate in International Students Mentor Program, especially for first-time international undergraduates. Experienced international students along with American students are also encouraged to apply to become an International Student Mentor.

What is required?

Since the program is based on mutual interest, there is not strong requirement. We highly encourage mentor and mentee to meet for a minimum of four hours each month. In addition, all members of Mentor Programs should come to at least two events of International Club for one whole semester.
