WELCOME TO EWB-CASE
We are a chapter of EWB-USA, a non-profit organization established
in 2000. As a chapter, our focus is improving public health while advocating a
multi-faceted approached to our service. We strive to make use of anthropology,
business, engineering, health, and language skills in both our local and international
efforts.

April 2008: Majagua |
|
EWB-Case and the Case chapter of SMRC are partnering to put on Majagua - a benifit dinner in Thwing Ballroom on April 12 from 7-11 PM. The evening will include international food, a silent auction, and salsa dancing. It will cost $10 for students and $20 for the general public, tickets will be on sale in Nord the week of 4/7. |
March 2008: EWB-Case Attends National Conference in Seattle |

5 Students from EWB-Case traveled to University of Washington in Seattle for the EWB-USA National Conference. The conference was attended by 720 members of EWB. There were many interesting presentations
across the three day conference. EWB-Case would like to thank SOURCE and ASME for their assistance. |
Feb 2008: EWB-Case Applies for travel in May |

EWB-Case submitted documents, including an assessment report of their January trip, an application to travel in May and a presentation to the EWB technical advisory committee. News on the upcoming trip will be posted as it becomes available. Links to the documents are avalible on the international projects page. |
Jan 2008: EWB-Case Completes Second Assessment Trip |

EWB-Case sent a team of 6 people: 4 students, one faculty and one professional engineer, back to Cruce to complete another phase of the assessment. More details coming eventually.
