Spring 2006 Winter Organized Indoor Group Training Classes
We have been approved for club use of 16 LeMond RevMaster bikes at Veale Center!!! We will begin our classes in November on the LeMond bikes in the Veale multi-purpose room. If you just want to be in better shape, it is great exercise. If you want to dominate the competition this spring, it would be a perfect way to tune your road racing skills. All members (with membership form and dues turned in) will be allowed to attend FREE of charge. Non-members are allowed one free visiting session. Everyone interested in road racing this spring is encouraged to attend. The classes will be led by Bret Marts and other officers. The schedule is: The classes will run until the weather is good enough for outoor riding (probably after spring break). |
