3/28: We've been featured in the campus newspaper, The Observer. Check out the story.

3/28: Partial results from Mid-Ohio Grand Prix road race on 3/26: Don Yungher - 1st citizens, Mike Griffith - 5th cat 4/5, John Reade - pack cat 3/4, Steve Previs - top 10 cat 4/5, Andrea Vasilevski - pack womens. "Official" race results. Pictures are in the gallery

3/7: Results from the OSU circuit race are in... and before I give you them, I must say it was a heck of a weekend. The OU road race on saturday got cancelled because of a snowstorm that made some backroads dangerous, but the sunshine came out and dried everything up (for the most part) and we were able to ride saturday afternoon and race sunday. The OSU race was definately still a little chilly in the early morning, and the strong winds didn't do much to help, but all 3 of our racers finished. In mens C, Mike Griffith took 5th and Don Yungher took 29th. In womens B, Miriam Israelowitz took 21st. Way to go! Pictures are up in the gallery.

2/21: Park Tool Company has been added as a sponsor for 2005. Members will receive information on special discounts being offered.

2/15: Indoor training classes have been cancelled. Watch your email for more details on if and when they might restart.

2/9: We have begun our beta test of the new lists.case.edu mailing list service. This will eliminate the spam the majordomo list has been getting, and thus we will no longer have a need for the yahoo group. Your addresses were all transferred. If you want to subscribe, visit https://lists.case.edu/wws/info/cycling. The address of the list will remain cycling@case.edu

1/25: WOW! The first winter indoor stationary bike training class (WISBTC) went better than I think anyone expected. We filled all but 1 of the 16 LeMond RevMaster's. Hopefully the turn-out stays high (but I must admit that I don't know what we're going to do if we get too many people... first come first serve I guess, and the rest can stay and do pushups and situps). The schedule is Tuesday 7:30-9pm, Thursday 9-10:15pm at Veale in the upstairs multi-purpose room.

1/12: Welcome back to the spring semester! We've got some great stuff planned, and I hope you're all excited as me. Some important events include: Winter indoor training classes (starting Tues 1/18), group road training rides, a recreational bike trip, the tune-up fundraiser, Springfest, cyclocross races, collegiate road races (OU, OSU, Miami), and other regional road races. Watch your email for more info as the events approach!

  • 11/14: Bike Authority Cyclocross at Broadview Hts #2 results: coach Ryan Wayne (12th, B), Mike Griffith (15th, B) Bart Kalnay (19th, B), Paul Salipante (20th B), Mike Barrie (2nd, C). Pictures are in the gallery

  • 11/7: Bike Authority Cyclocross at Broadview Hts #1 results: Don Yungher (1st, C), coach Ryan Wayne (11th, B), Bart Kalnay (14th, B), Paul Salipante (15th B), Mike Griffith (31st, B), John Reade (DNF, mechanical). I think the results got a little messed up and some people did extra and some people didn't do enough because the officials weren't directing any of the racers but oh well. Pictures are in the gallery
